Short, focussed and lively presentations by the trainer including PowerPoint projection; short, focused small group tasks and discussions to help clarify thinking; feedback from group sessions to allow for the development of ideas during whole group discussions; question and answer sessions; a variety of written exercises and case studies and other tasks mostly completed in pairs or groups, some on an individual basis to help delegates practice applying the tools and knowledge covered by the course (all written exercises are retained by the delegate, and please note that spelling is not an issue on this event); to constantly encourage delegates to try new things. The style of delivery is up-beat and seeks to provide a positive focus. All delegate contributions that fall within the agreed ground rules are valued and acknowledged appropriately. Delegates are constantly encouraged to work with different people attending to maximise the perspectives available.
