Complete the booking request form on your PC and select the course(s) that you require. Tick the multiple booking box if you are booking two or more courses at the same time. Multiple bookings attract a 10% discount. Email the form to us by clicking the red `SUBMIT BY EMAIL' button within the form. WE ADVISE YOU NOT BOOK TRAVEL / ACCOMMODATION UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION. Payment. Training courses are invoiced in advance. Following confirmation of course booking(s) an invoice will be posted to the invoice address that you have specified on the booking form. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Payment by BACS. BACS details will be detailed with your invoice. Payment by cheque. Please write your cheque to Useful Training Ltd and post to the above address. Special requirements. Content. Due to our commitment to continuous improvement, Useful Training Ltd reserves the right to change the course content and / or trainer. Dates and Venue. Useful Training Ltd reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates or change venues without liability. In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in full. Payment. Training courses are invoiced in advance. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. In the event of late payment, we reserve our statutory right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above base rate from the due date of payment until date of receipt. Cancellation and transfer policy. Cancellations requests must be received in writing, via email to bookings@usefultraininggroup.com and must contain your organisation, course date and delegate name(s). We will respond to your request as a priority via email, and provide you with a cancellation reference number to acknowledge your cancellation. The following charges will apply: The qualifying date is the working day that your email is received at Useful Training Ltd. Rather than cancel you may wish to arrange for an alternative person to attend the course (see `Substitution' below). Please note that non-payment and/or non-attendance do not constitute cancellation. Transfers. You may transfer to the same course on a different date, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be received in writing, via email to bookings@usefultraininggroup.com and must contain your organisation, course date and delegate name(s). We will respond to your request as a priority via email, and provide you with a transfer reference number to acknowledge your transfer. The following charges will apply: The qualifying date is the working day that your email is received at Useful Training Ltd. You may only transfer once per booking. If you cancel after transferring, the full course fee will remain due irrespective of the number of working days' notice given. PLEASE NOTE: If formal written notice of either transfer or cancellation has not been received at Useful Training Ltd, any outstanding invoices will remain due irrespective of non-attendance. We will send you either a cancellation or transfer reference number to enable you to know that your change has been received and processed. Substitution. To ensure that your delegates receive a certificate, substitution requests must be received in writing via email to bookings@usefultraininggroup.com at least 3 working days before the course. Please provide your organisation, course and delegate name(s) for the original booking and the new name(s).
